Business research process
Business research and the process of understanding the managers bother and its management dilemma. In business the managers first has to identify the bother his riddle or dilemma, then the need to find solutions to wangle or adapt these solutions so that the same problems wont reoccur. A management dilemma triggers the need for the decision fashioning process to began, these events cause managers to reconsider their purposes or objectives it also defines the problem for solution the manager then can develop strategies and tactics for the solutions they have identified. Research means it is conducted to reveal answers to specific questions link up to action, performance, or policy needs. Good research generates dependable entropy that are derived by professionally conducted practices and that can be use reliably for decision making.
There are four employ research methods and can be classified as reporting, descriptive, explanatory and predictive.
Reporting: provides a summation of selective information, often recasting data to achieve a deeper understanding or to generate statistics for comparison.
descriptive: tries to discover answers the questions of who, what, when, where, and how.
Explanatory: this theory is created to answer why and how questions and attempts to let off the reasons for the phenomenon that the descriptive study only observed
Predictive: prediction is open up in studies conducted to evaluate specific courses of action or to image current and future values. Research is any organized dubiousness carried out by providing information for solving problems, its process by determining the problem, acquiring relevant data, analyzing that data and synthesizing and disseminating relevant data to make informed and insightful decisions for their organizations to take appropriate actions that pull up stakes in turn, maximizes its performance and profitability.
