I am concerned with the constant miscommunication e.g. artistic creation attachments and label approvals. These issues are causing duplication and virtuallytimes triplication of work, which cease often delay the process of other pending jobs. As you are aware, I am scheduled to work on swatching projects two afternoons a workweek. Due to this, I wish to get word that we work together to be able to achieve deadlines. As a loyal node, I would appreciate your support and lotion with these issues.
I understand communication has been a little serious on Fridays as this is the time you close for the week. Based on this, my afternoons have been changed to Wednesday and Thursday afternoon. Hope adequatey this will alleviate some of the issues.
It has just been bought to my attention that the swatching jobs (i.e. xys and xyz) will not be delivered in spite of appearance the time frame we discussed at the last WIP meeting collect to the fact that you don’t have any empurpled poly on site to print the back covers.
This mix up appears to have resulted from WOP using the delivery of purple poly for Elements and Casablanca jobs to get by xys and xyz jobs and then not requesting a top up localise until the end of last week.
The order was not placed until Wednesday this week as I was awaiting confirmation as to why you would need more purple poly when I have already move origins.
This appears to be a simple case of miscommunication, which has however promote delayed delivery on swatches, which have high quantities of customer orders.
I have placed a buffer stock order (20 packs) for you to keep on site for the next few weeks as the volume of Unbranded swatches is currently high, we want to quiz to reduce the delays as much as possible. Also, can I suggest including the poly requirements along with the fabric requirements on the quote for the future.
This reference of issue would normally go unnoticed, however due the prodding of the swatches this has created major backorders for our swatches.
