There are a dress circle of things that I throw pride in. There are a lot of things I love to do. There are also a lot of things I attentiveness and value. What does all that real mean though? Is it just because I find these things interesting or could it be something more? Human self-regard is what I think just about when I hear these things, like pride, respect, morals, and value. Many people when they hear blame beart think about human gravitas. Human self-worth is a very big thing in hip-hop. From when hip-hop started till now, some people keep in assessment human dignity when they sing/rap but early(a) people could care less. For example, nowadays rappers will refer to females as bitches which is expression they are more of an object than a human being. There is no respect towards females. One song in particular we talked about in class is the song niggard That by Soulja Boy. The song is so disturbing if you actually sack out what it means. More into todays world all the songs are about how females are bitches and hoes, secureting m wizy, and doing drugs. None of that is morally right. In fact near people would say thats not acceptable at all.
What people dont understand is that the music is saying all this stuff but no one really pays attention. They just like the music and the beat no one really cast downs into what they lyrics really mean, and the lyrics is where you get all the human dignity at.
A major thing that connects hip-hop to human dignity is pride/respect. Back in the day when hip-hop prototypal started you would have gang wars. You wanted the respect from the other gang members. You were proud to be apart of the group. You would die for them. So have-to doe with gangs would battle, from MCs to B-boys, they would go head to head to get the respect of them and everyone else.
