I am currently employed at Smile Head array Center. As an organization that has been around for a long term in some areas within the organization are in need of study improvements. The process that was chosen to make improvements on is timekeeping. Timekeeping on a job is very essential to the payroll division of an organization. At Smile Head Start the current corpse of time keeping is outdated and often subjected to human illusion and manipulation.
Payroll is often a company’s major disbursements; therefore the timekeeping must be accurate. Timekeeping is the act of keeping cold shoulder of an employee’s time. Employees are paid by their employer based on how many hours, minutes, and seconds they are usefully employed for the organization. The current timekeeping mode utilized by Smile Head Start is a paper timecard, which is a paper timesheet. The sheet is inserted into a mechanised time clock that marks the current time on the timecard each time an employee comes and leaves for their shift. The human resource department has been experiencing so many errors with this method and it is time to move to something more expeditious and user friendly.



Therefore, a new service needs to be created, that will be beneficial to the human resource department and the employees at Smile Head Start. This service and product is an machine-controlled timekeeping service called e-TIME®.
The new system is called Enterprise Time (e-TIME®). E-TIME® is an machine-driven time and attendance system that is fully integrated with an automatic data processing Payroll Management Service.
