I concord been on my job for ten years. We bring on had several different theatre directors over the years since I

postulate been there. The floor I work on always have drama. The system vowed every sequence they would

replace the manager that she would unbend the floor out. Well the saga continued and the floor was

still in turmoil. I chose to write about my job because the fiction was relevant to me concerning my job.

This particular floor had been ran this way for years and every time they got someone youthful to run the

floor the new manager would rather not go through it with the staff and falsify the way the floor is

ran. Same as the lady in the story she was use to using this path and as longs as it is not affecting anyone

wherefore bother her or wherefore bother it at all. I said the same issue at the job, if everyone is doing what they are

suppose to be doing then why bother how the floor is ran . It has been ladies working on that floor for

20 and 30 years and they make beds a certain way, that the juvenility people know nought about. The

older techs they eat lunch at the same time for the last 20 years. From existence the Secretary I have not

seen much changes.



wherefore come and get them old ladies out of whack for nothing and the job is getting

done and its not bother no one. Un similar the gentlemen in the story who emergencys the fame and glory like

he is doing something and has a point to prove and his point is not worth the trouble he is causing. The

managers that human resources hires, realizes when they get there you cant teach an old dog new

tricks. Most people do not like to overcompensate with stuff that other people has left behind and started. So dead

man path was very relevant to me because I deal with it on a daily basis. The moral of my story is
