Great Britains colonial rule had both positive and negative effects on the colonial empire.   Due to industrialization, British economies needed to expand. They colonized as many different places as possible in holy order to receive peeled corporeals and a market for them. they would ship the material back home and then when the finial product was made they would pose it back for selling. As shown in document 4b, the British just interest in Africa was its large supply of a raw material called gold. Every country wanted to prove their superiority, that due to the Congress of Vienna in 1815, they couldnt just encounter other European countries (thats what Napoleon did). So they invaded African ones. by and by seeing the situation in Africa, they decided to end thrall trades that were exported to Arabia and to Turkish large number.

The Colonizers usually showed no equality, democracy, or political freedom to people of different races other than their own. Native people would have low-paying jobs in the bureaucracy.
