The primary reason wherefore I want to go to Korea is to observe and discover how it has off around for the better. As one of the worlds emerge economies, I think the Philippines could examine the process on how Korea saturnine out to be one of the most promising countries. I want to be suitable to do this with my own eye; I want to see the quality of employees, the culture of their organizations and how they go about the operations of their businesses. I want to be able to discover these things and see which of them could apply to the Philippines and see how we can remedy from there.
In essence, I would like to hire from Korea and use that larn to improve the Philippines, in both short-term and long-term.
If accepted into this telephone exchange program, I can assure Dongguk University of my enthusiasm and passion to learn from them and of course to my University, a return service. The return service that I am eyeing could be considered as a two- stagecoach project, the first phase being conducted in Korea and the second phase once I return to the Philippines.
While in Korea, I hope to turn out goodwill between the two universities. With Pres. Pascuals advocacy on Internationalization, I would like to help in this vision by projecting a good image of our university through the diversity of student that I am. I likewise hope to non only do well in academics but also actively volunteer in NGOs who assists Filipinos in Korea.
As I return to the Philippines, I plan to communicate the experience and support students to involve themselves in exchange programs and use the opportunities, learning to extend to the countrys goals.
