Background of study
Public hollo at corruption, impunity and economic instability sent shockwaves around the human race in 2011. Protests in many countries quickly spread to tie people from all parts of society. Their backgrounds may be diverse, alone their message is the same: more transparency and accountability is needful from our leaders. The 2011 Corruption Perceptions Index shows that public frustration is well founded. No region or country in the world is resistive to the damages of corruption, the vast majority of the 183 countries and territories assessed score below five on a scale of 0 (highly corrupt) to 10 (very clean.) New Zealand, Denmark and Finland top the list, while North Korea and Somalia are at the bottom.
The respectable breaches are not simply the product of temptations to which they succumb in those positions, but rather the culmination of commonplace failures of integrity that they pull out on a daily basis, and which tend to pass unnoticed, unexamined and uncorrected. What makes a soulfulness belittling some areas that always instigate case and public outcry?
What motivates some individuals to act in a certain way and go beyond his means of comprehensions, upholding person-to-person advantages at the expenses of the trust placed in them? If one were to be asked whether one is lack in integrity, one will unremarkably affirm the fact that one is always postured as the person with integrity. Would there be a better way to further a better leader that would not be relate to cases that nullify the norms and traps within the society?
The Summary
