Benefits such as those derived from the programs, activities and services of these offices should be available to the less-abled persons. These people should not be discriminated, and special programs should be empowered to lead a self-reliant life in the society. Violations should be reported to the department of nicety with a period that does not exceed 180 days. ADA Title II also addresses customary transport of individuals with disabilities.
