The initiation is composed of 8 sections. plane section 1 covers the background and definitions. slit 2 covers types of boldnessal committedness. Whereas section 3 covers the stages of organization commitment. Section 4 covers factors of that affect and determine organization commitment. Section 5b covers the benefits of organization commitment. section 6 covers the challenges of organization commitment. These are followed by the recommendation and conclusion in section 7n and 8 respectively. Lastly, we have a case in section 9
1.0BACKGROUND:
In todays world of fast moving global markets and fierce competition, the windows of competition are open. Organizations are continuously nisus to ensure employee commitment in order to remain militant in this globalized economic environment. The success of any organizations future business strategy greatly depends on its employees commitment levels. Commitment of most people to their work is predominantly hard in nature and is dependent upon the approach of management to employee relations.
This because points to the fact that the concept of organization commitment lies at the midriff of an analyst of Human Resource Management. Indeed the rationale for verbalism of human resource policies is to increase levels of commitment among the employees so as to ensure positive outcomes.
1.1ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT:
The concept of organizational commitment is sometimes used interchangeably with employee commitment though in the actual sense they are two opposite concepts all together as put right by different management scholars.
Organizational Commitment is a notice of employees willingness to continue working and remain with the organization in the future.
