In these marketing campaigns the dairy industry claims that drinking milk helps us to lose weight, they claim milk helps to block osteoporosis, and they even claim that California cows are happy.

I used to make out milk and daily products a lot. However, I found that if I kept drinking high calcium low complete milk(250ml per day), I would gain weight, about 1 pound per week. Thats the sympathy why I have stopped drinking milk every day, instead, I eat oatmeal with a small portion of milk every morning, I think its more healthier.
