There ar currently 6,912 linguistic processs that ar known in the world (Ethnologue. 2009). However, in the English language alone ( and in many other languages), in that respect is a countless amount of expressions that grant practice to exist. A dialect is a mutation of a specific language that varies by phonology, grammar, and vocabulary, but is still considered to be mutually intelligible by all of its speakers(. The English language can vary from cockney English to African American Vernacular English, or until now Hawaiian Creole English. Variations such as these are examples of regional and geographic variation. In regional and geographic variation, people who come from the same geographical location in the world intercommunicate in a common language, for example in a region like the United States English, would be amongst the common language. As people from that specific location begin to branch surface into other regions, the language that they speak begins to change. Regional and geographic variation is not backbreaking to understand because it is quite evident approximately the world. A concept that can be more difficult to understand is friendly variation.



Therefore, my research question is: Do transvestic men experience a discriminated perceptual bias by Hawaiis employers solely based on their oral communication?
Lets first begin by looking at cordial variation, which can alter a language according to socioeconomic class, age, gender, and ethnicity. We each have our own different ideas of how a heterosexual person sounds, versus a homosexual person. This is because the perception of heterosexuals and homosexuals can vary from person to person.
